Cork Current reimagines the traditional surfboard through the use of sustainable materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. Inspired by the natural properties of cork and my passion for watersports, the project explores how eco-conscious design can enhance performance while reducing environmental impact. Through material research, sketching, prototyping, and digital modeling, I developed a surfboard that balances functionality, durability, and a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The final design demonstrates how sustainability and innovation can work together to create products that respect both the user and the environment.
