Wood Turning

This woodturning project explores the beauty of craftsmanship through material, process, and precision. Featuring a handcrafted bowl and matching candlesticks made from contrasting Red Zebra Wood and Black Limba, the collection challenged me to develop my woodturning skills while embracing the unexpected obstacles that come with handmaking products. From preparing and gluing the blanks to turning, hollowing, sanding, and finishing, each piece reflects my appreciation for traditional woodworking techniques and the character that emerges through the making process.
